Born from the vision of Chef Kunal Kapur, Pincode decodes the flavours of the subcontinent and reimagines them for a global audience, blending authenticity with innovation, comfort with curiosity.

And this summer, Pincode offers a nostalgic escape for you to relive your sweetest memories – one chilled bite at a time.

Introducing the Pincode Kulfi Menu: a collection of handcrafted kulfis inspired by Chef Kunal’s own childhood summers – carefree afternoons filled with laughter, family, and the blissful silence that followed the first bite of a perfectly frozen kulfi. These aren’t just desserts; they’re stories on a stick, memories frozen in time.

Why kulfi? Because at Pincode, every dish, sweet or savoury, is a story waiting to be told. And some stories are best served cold. Inspired by the old-school kulfi-walas and golden Indian summers filled with mangoes, mischief and melting desserts, Chef Kunal has taken the traditional frozen treat and added his signature chefy spin.

The Lineup

Each one’s got a story (and a flavour profile) that hits you right in the memories:

Gulkand Kulfi (AED 25) – Floral, fragrant, and a total throwback. Rose-scented and sweet, this one’s made for those who grew up sneaking bites on the way home from school.
Kesar Badam Kulfi (AED 25) – Think royal vibes. Saffron, almonds, and tales of grandma’s kitchen packed into one creamy stick.
Gadbad Falooda Kulfi (AED 45) – This one’s chaos in the best possible way. Falooda, jelly, nuts, layers galore – it’s a sundae party disguised as kulfi.
Thandai, Mango, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut (AED 25 each), and the indulgent Amritsari Kulfa (AED 45) round out the menu. Fancy, fun and full of flavour.
