Yas Marina is now home to two new dining destinations, namely – Mr Moto and Éla Éla. It should be noted that while Mr Moto is a mid-century Japanese bar and kitchen, Éla Éla is a restaurant that serves Greek cuisine. Here’s a look at both of the new restaurants here.
Mr Moto Is A Mid-Century Bar, Kitchen & Listening Lounge
Mr Moto is the newest addition to the Abu Dhabi culinary scene. Offering dishes that combine Japanese precision with American boldness, this is a mid-century bar, kitchen, and listening lounge. Meant to resemble the vibe of a cosy living room, this eatery has a nostalgia-inducing menu. Yes, this is filled with delectable items that are a testament to the eatery’s commitment to crafting unparalleled experiences.
At Mr Moto you can find dishes that offer a delightful blend of Japanese and European influences. This mid-century modern Japanese cocktail and snack bar, offers plenty of nibbles and small plates that are suitable for ‘drop-in drinkers’ and larger sharing plates for groups. It should be noted that this restaurant offers a range of dishes that are a blend of Japanese and European influences. Made using the best ingredients, these include mouthwatering options, such as Sticky Calamari, Spicy Udon Carbonara and Baby-gem Gomae Salad. As it happens, their Kombu Wagyu Ribeye is certainly a must try, when you visit the eatery.
Éla Éla Serves Greek Cuisine
However, it should be noted that Mr Moto is not the only new restaurant that has opened in the area. Éla Éla is a Greek restaurant that has also dropped open next to Penelope’s Brasserie & Jazz Bar. This elegant restaurant is named after the Greek expression, which means, ‘come now’ and is meant to transport patrons to the island of Crete.
As it happens, the highlights of this gorgeous eatery include its Instagrammable decor. The boho chic decor which includes pretty furniture decking the space in neutral shades will certainly put guests at ease.
