The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is marking this year’s Holy Month with exclusive retail and culinary experiences, and unique offers for the region, under the banner ‘Layali Ramadan’.

Running until 15th May, Retail Abu Dhabi, the retail arm of DCT Abu Dhabi, will engage fashion-lovers with limited edition pieces from 13 international brands which will be available exclusively in Abu Dhabi malls. Among the brands included will be Max Mara, Tory Burch, Sisley, D&G Beauty, Guerlain, Jswair and more, while Tryano at Yas Mall will also have an expansive selection of exclusive in-store experiences and gifts.

Alongside the exclusive offerings, Retail Abu Dhabi will be collaborating with globally renowned beauty brand Benefit Cosmetics to bring a first-in-the-region ‘rose-hued universe’, dedicated entirely to women at No.FiftySeven Boutique Café from 22nd April to 6th May. The creative collaboration will see the famous eatery transformed into a ‘pink café’ during the Holy Month, reflecting the cosmetic brand’s iconic colour. Matching the vibe and interiors, the restaurant will also offer a specially curated ‘pink’ menu, available to all female diners for Iftar and Suhoor.

For those who prefer food over fashion, Abu Dhabi Culinary will be teaming up with Zomato to challenge restaurants to create unique savoury desserts across the capital, as well as discounts between 10-50 per cent for deliveries ordered through the app across restaurants such as Crepe & Kunafa Corner Cafeteria, La Brioche and Street Nine.

If a year-long supply of ice-cream from The Brooklyn Creamery sounds ideal, foodies can also get involved with a social media hashtag challenge by posting a picture of themselves enjoying a dessert from a participating restaurant in the return of ‘Sweetest Things’, an innovative campaign celebrating special Ramadan desserts and offers.

Abu Dhabi’s multi-faceted and destination-wide Ramadan celebration will unfold amid stringent health and safety measures across the emirate, as DCT Abu Dhabi’s Go Safe certification ensures safe shopping, tourism and dining experiences for the public.
