Chef Marco showcases his new menu at this award-winning coastal restaurant at Radisson Blu Yas Island.
The award-winning coastal restaurant, Filini Garden, Radisson Blu Yas Island at Yas Plaza Hotels is set to unveil fresh introductions this February, looking to further excite guests with delicious new menus and delectable brunches inspired by Chef Marco Gattone’s hometown seaside-city flavours.
Having recently won Favourite Italian casual dining from Fact Abu Dhabi, and Best Ladies’ Night and Bar of the Year from Timeout Abu Dhabi, the team endeavours to retain its undisputed fame for its creations from the kitchen and concoctions from their bar in its convivial atmosphere, continuing to impress patrons with everything they have to offer.
New Menu
Inspired by the flavours of the Adriatic city of Pescara in Italy, Chef Marco Gattone pays homage to his hometown through palate pleasing new menu introductions, such as Pallotte cacio e ove along with insalata di polpo e patate and home-style Bruschetta as starters.
The satiable pasta menu will now include Chicche di ricotta in a rich seafood sauce, as well as the likes of a wide variety of homemade pastas such as tagliatelle, ravioli with porcini mushrooms or eggplant.
The new mains will feature delicious Sea Bream cooked in foil with seasonal vegetables as well as Angus grade Beef fillet served in a three different peppercorn sauce that will truly take you on a culinary journey through the coastal air of Italy.

Take advantage of this happy hour and sip on aperitifs or any awesome beverage of choice to accompany your favourite italian food while the sunset graces your evening.
