Movement, Meditation & Creation Yoga Class
Saturday, 27 of March | 4pm – 6pm
Move, meditate, create. Join The Studio UAE and Blank Canvas Community on a meditative and expressive yoga class at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. ‘Movement, Meditation, Creation’ is designed to help you get into alignment and access pure presence using the ancient and ever evolving practices of yoga, meditation & art; with an intention to tap into your creative energy and freedom of expression.
You will be guided through a combination of breathing techniques, asanas and awareness practices before you express yourself through paint while listening to sweet and soulful music.
First timer yogis & painters as well as regular practitioners are welcome!
