Chef Richard Sandoval launch VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill & Lounge just in time for the festive season.
Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and Mexican celebrity chef Richard Sandoval launch VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill & Lounge on 23rd December just in time for the festive season with its restaurant open Tuesday to Saturday 7:00pm to11.00pm and Lounge from 6pm to 1am.
VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill & Lounge is the first VaKaVa in the world created by Chef Richard Sandoval in order to to add more flavours to existing 10 outlets in Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.
VaKaVa takes guests on a culinary adventure and exposes them to elements, ingredients, tastes & techniques from Latin-America and around the globe to create a provocative sensory experience: from creative small plates of ceviche & suviche to fresh grilled seafood & meats and everything in between.
Guests of VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill & Lounge can expect to enjoy a Christmas Eve set menu on the 24th December featuring festive inspired dishes from Turkey Tacos to Wagyu Picana and so much more for only AED 375 per person.
