Tori No Su reopens with new menu and new

The Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers announces the reopening of Tori No Su with a new under the able hands of Chef Youske.

Gather friends, family and your favourite foodies for an Asian inspired culinary feast at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers hotel. Reopening its doors this October under the culinary helm of Japanese native, Chef Yosuke Matsuoka, guests can experience new mouthwatering dishes and refreshing drinks with Asian twist.

Tori No Su, translates to “bird of nest” and serves everything from a versatile sushi selection to exotic dishes from the Teppanyaki Grill. The super stylish and chic restaurant curates the best of Japanese cuisine.

Open Wednesday to Monday from 7pm to 11pm, guests can be awed by the grand open kitchen and watch skilled sushi chefs preparing chopstick friendly bites, such as Chef Yosuke’s special, Sea Urchin Wagyu Roll, quick roasted Wagyu with Hokkaido fresh sea urchin served with Nikiri soy sauce, or Grilled Beef Tongue Sendai Style, marinated in special miso sauce over 72 hours, alongside much more.

Traditional Asian dishes such as the BK Udon, cold udon noodles with tempura crumble, dashi sauce, spring onion, soft boiled egg served with Japanese condiments alongside Tori No Su Ramen, served with minced miso chicken, bok-choy, bean sprouts, spring onions, la-yu oil and roasted white sesame seeds, are not to be missed.

For the main event, indulge in Traditional Grilled Miso Black Cod, 72 hours miso marinated in Saikyo Miso or for the meat lovers enjoy a MB 7 Wagyu Tenderloin Steak Foie Gras, served with truffle ponzu and grated wasabi.

Superb evenings with amazing food, delicious flavours and unforgettable memories are guaranteed and can be topped off with yummy treats such as a selection of Mochi Ice Cream, Okinawan Brown Sugar Caramel Earl Grey or a Japanese Chestnut Cream Tart.

Cocktail enthusiasts can look forward to a grand selection of crafted mixology with Asian Twist, alongside a choice of premium wines, spirits and refreshing mocktails. Mixology highlights include the Hibari No Su, a Tenjaku whisky capturing all the key flavours of good Japanese whisky mixed with Frangelico and lemongrass, the finish lingers on oak, vanilla and hazelnut sweetness. If something fresher is preferred then the Roku Melon, a perfectly balanced gin combining 6 traditional and unique Japanese botanicals, is the best option, mixed with melon and cucumber, an invigorating balanced drink, sure to tingle the tastebuds.
