The Dolomites Grand Tour, on the other hand, reaches into that intangible world of scents, flavours, and beauty, where the thrill of the drive becomes part of a larger experience of true wellbeing.
For this chapter of the programme, the master of ceremony is Norbert Niederkofler, who has created an entirely original culinary style based solely on seasonal produce sourced from the mountains. These are fresh ingredients, carefully selected to offer the true taste and aroma of the meadows and forests.
His three Michelin stars are completed also with the rare green star, awarded only to chefs whose cuisine is not only excellent but also ethical and sustainable. There are only 35 restaurants worldwide with this honour.
Housed in the former villa of the Moessmer wool mill, the Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler offers an unforgettable experience of hospitality, cuisine, and fine wines. Located in Brunico, the restaurant is one of the highlights of the journey.
Participants will stay for three nights at the luxurious and comfortable Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz, and will enjoy rare and dreamlike sensations for both body and mind—just one of many unforgettable moments, each worthy of a place in the event keepsake book that each participant will receive at the end of the tour.
The book will recount the spectacular Dolomite passes tackled with the joy of giving one’s car the chance to express its full potential—Falzarego, Sella, Pordoi, Giau and Tre Croci—alongside stories and photos of memorable stops in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Dobbiaco, and Corvara, and indulgent pauses to enjoy the culinary delights of Ampezzo and South Tyrol.
