The UAE gets its own version of the Range Rover

If you fancy a limited edition Range Rover you can have it only in the UAE.

Land Rover is a name that is synonymous with the Middle East—used by the first British explorers in the region. Any old photograph of the area will have a Landy in it.

We love our Range Rovers, and after sampling all their latest wares, including the new Defender, I can say that I am in love with them too.

2021 marks 50 years of creation for the UAE and for any country that is a significant milestone worth celebrating. Land Rover and Al Tayer Motors, the distributor of the brand in the UAE have decided to celebrate this milestone by bringing only 50 units of the Range Rover. These cars also pay tribute to 50 years of the Range Rover which was celebrated last year.

Inspired by the distinctive colours and geographical landmarks of the UAE, the Special UAE Edition vehicles are available in seven exclusive Special Vehicle Premium Palette colours – the Al Hosn Edition in Valorie White, Das Black Edition in Ligurian Black, Naqab Edition in Verbier Silver, Hafeet Edition in Scafell Grey, Mleiha Edition in Rio Gold, Hatta Edition in Balmoral Blue and Marsa Edition in Velocity Blue.

The cars have commemorative UAE Edition badging, and the vibrant UAE Nation brand logo on the B-Pillar.

The Special UAE Edition Range Rover Vogue vehicles are equipped with the new Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) engine capable of producing 400 PS. They feature striking 22” Diamond Turned alloys, Black Pack, Black Roof and side graphics, 10.2 inch Rear Screen Entertainment, heads-up display and Suede cloth headlining.
