Set to be a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the city, the brunch will showcase a vibrant fusion of curated international dishes, free-flowing concoctions, and live entertainment every Saturday from October 7, 2023 onwards.
Gardens of Babylon draws inspiration from the ancient city of Babylon and the majestic architecture of its Hanging Gardens, known to be one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Savour culinary masterpieces from an extensive menu in the company of friends and loved ones including ‘Squid Ink Pasta’ and ‘Grilled Tiger Shrimps,’ to live carving stations of ‘Pan-Seared Foie Gras,’ ‘Roasted Beijing Duck’ and ‘Whole Roast Fish’.
End this affair on a sweet note with a selection of handcrafted desserts, macarons, fresh fruit tartlets and artisanal ice creams.
