Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi unveils its specially curated new winter menu.

Experience the cosy ambiance, unforgettable magic and heartwarming flavours of Paris in winter time with the new seasonal menu at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi   

Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the iconic French fine-dining restaurant at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, is thrilled to unveil its specially curated new winter menu.  

Created in collaboration with Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the culinary master behind the original Fouquet’s Paris, the freshly enhanced menu takes guests on a charming voyage to the idyllic snow-dusted streets of the French capital.

Embodying the timeless style and elegance of French brasserie dining, each reimagined delicacy has been lovingly crafted by Head Chef Balveer Balkisoon and his expert team. 

Presenting nourishing, heart-warming recipes that are ideal for the UAE winter, the wholesome new starters are sure to lift every guest’s spirit.

Comforting lentil soup with cumin and poached egg, and creamy tomato, burrata and basil soup are found alongside traditional specialties such as French frog’s legs and homemade pâté en croûte, plus delicate seafood specialties like sea bream carpaccio.

Meanwhile, amongst the reimagined winter main courses, diners will find a vast array of imaginative and sumptuous dishes that are certain to keep spirits high throughout the nation’s busiest and most exciting period. 

Those in the mood for something light and healthy will relish every bite of the fresh sea bass with white butter sauce, and the roasted sea scallops with panko, cream of parmesan and pear.

The Provencal beef stew then presents a timeless winter classic, while the king prawn linguine is seamlessly suited to fresh nights under the world-famous dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. 

As always, guests are encouraged to end their experience with a lavish platter of handcrafted French fromage, or with one of Chef Hugo Sipp’s photo-worthy gastronomic sweet treats.

His outstanding new creations include the stylish dacquoise with praline, chic Parisian-coated brioche with cinnamon ice cream, and the Belle Helene poached pear with vanilla ice cream.

The extraordinary dessert trolley adds further temptations, while the revamped lunch and dinner packages provide an easy way of experiencing all the restaurant’s best new seasonal additions.

Inviting guests to celebrate the festive season or mark the start of 2023 with a lavish and unforgettable French dining experience, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi offers indoor and outdoor seating options.
