Far from ordinary dining, Guilt Free Kitchen Party transforms the restaurant’s open kitchen into the stage. A live DJ spins eclectic beats as the chefs groove along, plating vibrant, plant-forward creations with flair. Bringing together music, movement, and mindful indulgence, the result is a high-energy, sensory dining experience that blurs the line between performance and gastronomy.

The Concept

“At Andaz, we are always seeking new ways to merge creativity, community, and cuisine. With Guilt Free Kitchen Party, we wanted to flip the script on brunch by bringing the kitchen to life as a stage, celebrating food not just as nourishment, but as performance and play. It’s a concept designed for the modern diner — socially conscious, experience-driven, and always looking for something fresh,” said Dominik Strobel, General Manager of Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi.

The Food

Guests are invited to indulge in an elevated spread of sharing-style starters, mains, and desserts — each dish arriving at the table like edible art, as photogenic as it is flavorful. Designed to captivate the eyes as much as the palate, the menu celebrates the vibrancy of plant-forward dining while embracing indulgence.

Highlights include juicy watermelon with creamy vegan feta and fresh mint in an Insta-perfect checkerboard salad, or a gochujang shakshuka — a bubbling spiced tomato stew topped with chickpea popcorn and served alongside warm garlic buns.

For those craving something bolder, the crispy tofu katsu sando and smoky tempeh barbecue “ribs” — sticky, glazed, and deeply satisfying — steal the show.
