Every Saturday, The Terrace on the Corniche presents Astor’s Brunch, a lavish afternoon affair inspired by the spirited gatherings once hosted by Caroline Astor. Designed to bring people together through refined dining and lively entertainment, the brunch unfolds in an atmosphere shaped by warmth, celebration, and shared moments.
Guests are welcomed with sparkling rosé, signature cocktails, and delicate bites, including caviar blinis and cold canapés, before moving into a generous culinary offering influenced by flavors from around the world. Highlights include artisanal cheeses, fresh seafood, sushi and dim sum selections, alongside live stations dedicated to homemade pasta, smoked barbecue, tandoori specialties, and carved meats.

Throughout the afternoon, live music and the Zodiac Trolley’s distinctive cocktails add to the spirited atmosphere, while younger guests are welcomed with a dedicated play area designed especially for children.

At award-winning Catch at St. Regis, the Chef’s Specialty presents an elevated omakase-style menu shaped by precision, balance, and contemporary expression. Thoughtfully composed of a multi-course offering, the menu guides guests through a seamless progression of the restaurant’s signature dishes, each highlighting refined flavors, innovative presentations, and carefully selected ingredients.
The journey begins with delicate opening bites, from Charred Edamame to Nasturtium Snow Crab accompanied by avocado kosho, yuzu gel, and caviar, before unfolding into a curated sushi and nigiri selection featuring Hamachi Aburi Hand Roll, Blow Torch Roll, unagi, and salmon nigiri. Richer notes emerge through smoked short ribs finished with hoisin, pomelo, and pickled cucumber, followed by Chilean Sea Bass served with coconut sushi rice, charred spring onion, and lemongrass jus.

Set within the elegant surroundings of Villa Toscana, the Business Lunch offers a refined expression of Italian dining during the working day. Thoughtfully designed around an à la carte-style set menu, the experience invites guests to tailor their lunch according to preference, whether for a relaxed midday pause or a more discreet business meeting within one of the restaurant’s private dining rooms.
The menu begins with a selection of antipasti that reflects the depth and simplicity of regional Italian flavors, from Corbarino tomato soup finished with basil oil to fresh burrata from Puglia served with Piennolo tomato salad and datterino gel. Additional highlights include slow-cooked veal loin with tuna sauce and caper berries, alongside Italian baby spinach salad with confit chicken, truffle yuzu dressing, and Red Cow parmesan.

Within the plush surroundings of Crystal Lounge, Afternoon Tea unfolds as one of the defining rituals of the St. Regis experience – a tradition rooted in connection, conversation, and thoughtful hospitality. Recognized by multiple regional publications as one of the capital’s finest Afternoon Tea destinations, Crystal Lounge offers a refined setting where the ritual is reinterpreted with contemporary elegance beneath grand staircases and majestic crystal chandeliers.
The Afternoon Tea selection presents an artful balance of savory creations and delicate pastries, combining familiar flavors with modern expression. Finger sandwiches include cured smoked salmon with lemon and mint butter on squid-ink bread, cucumber and labneh with dill, brie with roast beef and truffle brioche, and egg mayonnaise and chicken salad served on artisan breads.

Pastries introduce layers of texture and flavor, from pistachio kunafa with cocoa nibs and mango pavlova with lemon curd and coconut, to passion-fruit macarons, tiramisu tart, vanilla baked cheesecake, and crème brûlée finished with golden berries. Freshly baked plain and date scones are served warm with Cornish clotted cream and organic jams.
Completing the ritual is a curated selection of premium Tchaba loose-leaf teas, personally guided by the hotel’s tea sommelier to suit each guest’s preference. Younger guests are equally considered, with a thoughtfully prepared Tiny Tea experience designed especially for little ones.

On 29 May, The St. Regis Bar presents Gentlemen’s Toast – a monthly gathering shaped by craftsmanship, conversation, and the enduring ritual of cigar appreciation. Set within the refined surroundings of the bar, the evening invites guests to settle into an atmosphere defined by understated style and attentive detail.
At the centre of the evening is the Arturo Fuente Rosado Sun Grown Magnum R Vitola Fifty-Four, a distinguished Toro cigar featuring an Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown wrapper aged for nearly a decade. Medium to full-bodied in character, the cigar unfolds through layered notes of cinnamon spice, dried fruit, maple, and roasted nuts, delivering a smooth and balanced profile.

The gathering is hosted by renowned cigar connoisseur Jasim Ahmed, whose expertise offers guests a deeper appreciation of the craftsmanship and complexity behind each selection. Complementing the occasion, every guest will also receive a freshly hand-rolled cigar prepared live during the evening by a visiting cigar roller.
