A magical Iftar of flavours
Food connoisseurs are invited to dine against the most distinctive backdrop the city has to offer. Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s majlis and majlis garden have joined forces to unveil a truly gastronomic Ramadan offering exclusively curated under the supervision of chef Emad Zaloum and his talented culinary team.
When it comes to authentic, elegant and delicious Arab cuisine, Chef Emad knows exactly what is required to leave a lasting impression on residents and visitors in Abu Dhabi. Featuring local favourites and delicious international flavours, the Iftar is the perfect spot to break the fast with family and friends while also enjoying the remainder of good weather.
With a magical sunset serving as a backdrop, diners are invited to explore a weekly rotating menu with tantalizing dishes starting with soups, cold appetizers of hummous, baba ghanouj and salad bar that includes fattoush, tabbouleh & rocca, cold and hot mezzah including kibbeh, meat and cheese sambusek, smoked salmon roulade and tandoor chicken & mango roll.
An array of main selection features a live carving station of lamb ouzi, a station dedicated for Chinese delicacies and an Indian corner to name a few. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the selection of desserts featuring classics such as kattayef and halawa bil jibni.
Further adding to the experience, refreshing traditional drinks and mocktails such as jellab, tamer hendy and kamar el dine are included in the offer to keep the thirst at bay.
The Magical Sunset Iftar is available at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Majlis & Majlis Garden for AED235 net per person from Sunset till 9pm. For the first week of Ramadan, early birds are encouraged to avail the iftar for a cost of AED 215. Special pricing for group bookings is available on request.
Suhoor Under the Stars
Guests looking for a captivating night to remember are invited to experience the evening ambience at the Glo Terrace. One for socialites to mark as must in their calendars, the evening ensures continued festive vibes under the stars till late.
Taking guests on a vibrant culinary journey, the selection includes a beautifully curated set menu of signature dishes and desserts. The Suhoor experience is enhanced by the enchanting sounds from traditional Oud entertainment and music playing long into the night. The experience is further complemented with the availability of shisha in a variety of flavours.
Suhoor Under the Stars is available at Glo Terrace From 10:00 pm to 3:00 am. The set menu can be availed for AED 195 net per person.
