Designed to delight every member of the family, and make COYA’s globally acclaimed, MICHELIN-recognised specialties accessible to all, the sumptuous set menu experience showcases the vibrant flavours of Peruvian cuisine.
Available on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons, it offers the perfect way of catching up with family, friends, and loved ones after the summer, and a fun way for those of all ages to learn more about the fascinating culinary culture of Peru.
Suitable for groups of two or more and priced AED 295 per person, Sabores en Familiaencouragesfamilies to relax, exchange stories of their summer adventures, and admire the spectacular views over the waters of Al Maryah Island whilst savouring an array of tempting sharing-style starters, Peruvian main courses, and sharing desserts.
Beginning with light nibbles of Peruvian-style hummus and edamame, the appetisers span Bao de Cordero with slow-cooked lamb and cheddar cheese, refreshing Ensalada de COYA with fresh pomegranate, and crunchy Langostinos en Tempura, and much more.
Meanwhile, the mains feature Pollo a la Parrila with corn-fed baby chicken and mixed vegetables, Bife Angosto Wagyu with premium grade 4-5 Wagyu Sirloin, Arroz con Mariscos with seafood and bomba rice, and vegetarian Coliflor a la Brasa with grilled cauliflower, smoked butter, cashew nuts, and soy kombu crumbs. Providing plenty to satisfy those of all tastes, the experience concludes on a sweet note with a platter of two delectable family-friendly desserts. Featuring Choux de Albaricoque with profiteroles, apricot, white chocolate, and candied nuts, and Paleta de Chicha Morada with purple corn popsicles, berries, passionfruit, and vanilla shortbreads, mums and dads are also invited to enhance their experience by sampling the family menu’s bespoke selection of cocktails and premium beverages.
In addition to Sabores en Familia, the Menu del Jefe – Kids Set Menu is also available every weekend. Providing a refreshing departure from conventional children’s menus, it includes child-friendly delicacies such as Maki de Champinones, Salmon a la Brasa, and Paleta de Chicha Morada purple corn popsicle, all served with a fresh juice or soft drink of choice.

The Details
The Sabores en Familia – ‘Family Flavours’ menu at COYA Abu Dhabi is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 4pm. The set menu is priced AED 295 per person, including sharing appetisers, one main course, and sharing desserts. The experience is only available for a minimum of two people or more.
Meanwhile, the Menu del Jefe – kids set menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 4pm, priced AED 98 for three courses for children aged 5 to 12.
