A Pisco for Peru: COYA Abu Dhabi marks International Pisco Sour Day

COYA Abu Dhabi, purveyors of Peruvian culture are celebrating International Pisco Sour Day on Saturday, February 4.

Peru’s gift to cocktail world, the national beverage, is celebrated every year on the first Saturday of February. Known for their fresh and perfectly balanced taste, Pisco Sours are found on the menus of almost every bar across Peru and is COYA’s most iconic signature beverages.

Celebrating the signature beverage’s wonderful flavour, lovers of the cocktail are invited to celebrate the hallmark of Peruvian culture. Placing a spotlight on the signature Peruvian drink, guests are invited to discover the brand’s full array of varied and exciting flavoured piscos.

The helpful mixologists at the Pisco Bar will be on hand throughout to offer advice and shake up all manner of Pisco Sours and pisco infusions. The venue’s stylish bar produces its own garnishes at a hydroponic farm situated within the restaurant premises. Seasonings and herbs are handpicked onsite and freshly presented to the guests making each cocktail at the bar truly unique in curation and taste.

Guests can expect signature Pisco Sour blends and flavoured concoctions curated for the celebration.
