Celebrate the joys of Easter and the magic of spring at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi

Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi presents a playful and delicious set menu of French seasonal specialities, curated exclusively for Easter Sunday.

As one of the most important and joyful occasions on the French calendar, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is pulling out all the stops to present a sumptuous Easter Sunday celebration like no other.

Oozing European charm and charisma and crafted using fresh, organic and premium ingredients, the wholesome four-course set menu takes guests on a journey through the historical cities and lush countryside regions of France.

Available exclusively on Sunday, April 17, the fabulously curated experience is imagined by Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the culinary master behind the original Fouquet’s restaurant in Paris.

Encouraging families and friends to come together, celebrate the end of the Lenten period and say thanks for all they blessed with, the ‘Menu de Pâques’ experience starts with a healthy and wholesome appetiser of French white asparagus, carrot tops, mange-tout, poached egg and smoked salmon cream.

Of course, it wouldn’t be easter without a generous  serving of roast lamb, and the Fouquet’s Easter main course doesn’t disappoint. The succulent piece of premium meat comes perfectly marinated in fresh oregano, and accompanied by sweet onions, Swiss chard and baby spinach with Bleu de Causses cheese.

Guests are then encouraged to appreciate the incredible art of French fromage, and savour the chef’s signature cheese platter along with homemade sweet and sour seasonal chutney and biscuits.

Finally, every diner is left with an array of magical Easter memories thanks to Executive Pastry Chef Hugo Sipp’s gastronomic sweet creation. Flawlessly fusing iced cassata and lemon biscuit, pink grapefruit marmalade and pineapple with authentic Limoncello, the refreshing and uplifting palate pleaser is guaranteed to delight even the most discerning food connoisseur.

A selection of exquisite paired European grapes is also available to enhance every course, along with an array of hops, cocktails and premium beverages.
