Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is thrilled to announce a themed Cocktail Masterclass Series, where guests will have the opportunity to learn the art of mixology from Dana, Head Mixologist at 18 Degrees Bar & Terrace! Whether you’re a budding bartender or a cocktail connoisseur, this masterclass promises to elevate your drink-making skills and introduce you to the secrets behind crafting the perfect cocktail in a fun and engaging setting.
The masterclass kicks off with a warm welcome and an introduction to the world of cocktails, including a brief history of mixology. Participants will then be guided through the process of making three classic cocktails, from the recent cocktail edit at 18 Degrees, starting with Celestial Elixirs- Zodiac-inspired concoctions.
Our mixologist will share insider tips on selecting the right ingredients, mastering the art of garnishing, and balancing flavors to create the perfect drink. Each participant will dive into crafting their signature cocktails, using premium ingredients and professional bartending tools provided on-site.
