Grill Nights at MAZI Abu Dhabi *new*
MAZI Abu Dhabi, the bright and playful ‘fine-casual’ Greek restaurant at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi is inviting guests to savour the remaining cooler weeks and join them for an unforgettable al fresco dining journey.
Held out in the beautiful green garden area, the Saturday Grill Night experience presents a sumptuous array of colourful Greek salads, juicy grilled meats and decadent desserts, all carefully curated into a luxurious three-course set menu. Guests are encouraged to appreciate the fresh air, spend quality time together and relax whilst enjoying a healthy and wholesome homemade meal that channels the true essence of Grecian culture.
Starting proceedings with a burst of nutrients, and uplifting flavours, the carefully crafted appetizers offer a choice of Greek salad with cherry tomatoes and Cretan rusks, or a delicate serving of beetroot, goats cheese, hazelnut and garlic oil.
Presenting three succulent and premium cuts, meat lovers will be spoilt for choice with main course menu ‘The Cut’. Spanning premium quality Bone-In Ribeye, Tomahawk Steak and Chateau Briand, each delicious grilled delicacy is served with irresistible sides such as truffle mashed potato and cream corn, and completed with an array of sauces including mushroom, pepper and bone marrow jus.
Finally, the magical evening is concluded with two decadent and comforting desserts, served straight from the piping hot grill. The ‘Sweet and Smokey’ course invites those with a sweet tooth to indulge in foil-packed chocolate bananas, or grilled brioche bread with fresh berries and creamy Greek yoghurt ice cream.
Scattered with luscious greenery and delicate olive trees, the charming outdoor area hosts an exclusive wood and fire grill where guests are able to watch the expert team prepare their dishes just to their liking. Further enhancing the culinary voyage, each experience includes two glasses of white, red or rose Greek wine per diner, with each variety sourced from world-renowned ancient vineyards.
