Forget the ordinary lunch break. COYA Abu Dhabi is inviting guests to turn their weekdays into an adventure with its refreshed Weekday Lunch Menu, a colourful journey through Peru’s most celebrated flavours, served against the backdrop of The Galleria’s stunning waterfront.
Available from Monday to Friday between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm, the menu is priced at AED 140 per person and includes soup, a side, two starters, one main, and dessert.

Wagyu beef tacos infused with truffle
The experience begins with vibrant small plates designed for sharing from burrata with crispy quinoa to wagyu beef tacos infused with truffle. The undisputed star is the Classic Sea Bass Ceviche, Peru’s iconic national dish, brought to life with tiger’s milk, sweet potato, and red onion.

For mains, choices range from the grilled salmon fillet with smoky paprika and fennel to a hearty quinoa and pumpkin hot pot or a fiery beef fillet tossed with chilli and garlic. Premium highlights, such as miso-glazed Chilean sea bass rice or grilled wagyu sirloin, add extra indulgence for those who want to take their lunch to the next level.
To close, desserts such as golden churros with orange and lime zest or the refreshing purple corn popsicle bring a sweet finish that lingers long into the afternoon.
