This stupendous new hotel will be opening soon taking luxury to a new level in Dubai.
Dubai’s prestigious Palm Jumeirah neighborhood is set to get a sensational new hotel courtesy of Marriott International’s St Regis brand. We take a closer look at what promises to be one of the UAE’s most exciting hospitality schemes.
Dubai’s towering ambition know no bounds
Palm Jumeirah in Dubai has long been regarded as one of the most coveted addresses not just in the city, but the world – visitors flock to this one-of-a-kind destination to get a taste of true luxury. Now, the man-made island is set to get even better thanks to the impending addition of a 52-storey mixed-use development known as The Palm Tower.
The scheme, which will connect with the Nakheel Mall, is inspired by the shape of a palm tree and will feature 432 elegant apartments plus The St Regis Dubai, The Palm; this five-star hotel will occupy levels one to 18 of the building. However, the jewel in the crown of this landmark property will undoubtedly be its infinity pool some 210 metres above ground, bordering all four sides of the building to ensure outstanding views for all.
St Regis has big plans for The Palm
The St Regis Dubai, The Palm will boast 289 guest rooms and suites, as well as two swimming pools, including the 50th-floor infinity pool. Distinctive dining experiences are also being promised, including a signature restaurant on the 51st floor and an all-day restaurant.
Speaking when plans for The St Regis Dubai, The Palm were first unveiled in 2016, Michael Wale, president, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Europe, Africa and Middle East, said: “We look forward to building a long-term relationship with Nakheel as we introduce the St Regis brand and its exceptional bespoke hospitality to this landmark destination in Dubai. This signing underlines the strong demand for high-end hotel accommodation in the UAE and makes Dubai the first city in the world to boast three St Regis hotels.”

The St Regis Dubai, The Palm is scheduled to open in Q2 2021.
