Daily Iftar Buffet at White Restaurant
Ahlan Ramadan! Enjoy an impressive daily Iftar buffet at White Restaurant, featuring the wide ranging ‘flavours of the UAE’, including a variety of local soups such as, Shorbat Adas, Lamb Harees, Harira Soup, plus a UAE Extravaganza– a whole grilled lamb filled with whole chickens and served with boiled eggs, grilled fish and rice.
Guest can also expect a range of main dishes from across the country, such as slow roasted camel meat, from the desert, grilled goat, from the mountains and a selection of local seafood, from the sea. Ending the buffet on a sweet note, explore the various sweets of the UAE from Luqaimat to Halawat el Jibn, Kunafa, Umm Ali and Madluka Pistachio with Astha cream.

Eid Al Fitr at White Restaurant
For Eid, guests can kickstart the celebrations and indulge in a special breakfast. An elevated version of the daily buffet will also be available for dinner, featuring a wide range of dishes to fit the occasion.

To compliment, the menu includes a choice of 2 Ramadan juices, a live mocktail station, 3 selection of dates and dry fruit and 3 selections of Arabic sweets.
