New vibrant dishes and weekend dining options at COYA Abu Dhabi

COYA Abu Dhabi launches some exciting new dishes and a cool weekend dining deal for summer.

COYA Abu Dhabi has freshened up its menu of vibrant and tasty South American cuisine in time for the summer and introduced several exciting new dishes.

Fresh & Exciting new Flavours

Guests can now enjoy a light side of grilled octopus sashimi, served with mango salsa and Botija olives, plus an exceptional appetiser of beef tataki featuring seared wagyu beef, cashew nut purée, Josper leeks and optional seasonal truffle. Finally, for the main courses, food connoisseurs are invited to indulge in an iron pot of king crab rice mixed with bomba rice, beetroot crisps, chimichurri and amarillo chilli.

Bright, colourful and delicious, the three new additions are the perfect treat for the hot summer months. Guests are invited to sample them alongside the existing spread of authentic, perfectly crafted Latin American specialties, including favourites such as spicy tacos, succulent grilled skewers, Peruvian ceviches, colourful sides, crunchy salads and fresh seafood.

The new dishes are available daily for lunch from 12:30pm, and dinner from 6.30pm (except for Friday brunch). Guests can purchase the above options for AED 70 for the grilled octopus, AED 98 for the beef tataki, and AED 187 for the king crab rice.

Fin De Semana Saturday Feast

Furthering its dedication to fantastic food and good times, COYA Abu Dhabi will be continuing its Fin de Semana celebrations every Saturday afternoon throughout the summer.

Offering a two-hour, four course experience that leads you right through from the sun-soaked afternoon to the golden hours of the early evening, guests are invited to mark the end of the weekend in style with COYA’s signature ambiance, mouth-watering dishes and unbeatable views.

The merry affair kicks off with a choice of two appetisers from a tempting selection of light bites including salmon tacos, cucumber and apple salad, mixed seafood ceviche, wild mushroom ceviche, kale salad, corn salad, wagyu beef baos, tuna maki rolls, chicken skewers and more.

Meanwhile, guests can sample true Peruvian excellence through the choice of COYA Abu Dhabi signature main courses. Guests are invited to choose one dish from a choice of slow-cooked beef ribs, grilled corn-fed baby chicken, salmon with miso or crispy potatoes with spicy tomatoes. Or, if diners fancy staying true to the theme and really going large for the weekend, they can also opt to enhance their dining experience with the Peruvian potato and mushroom, Chilean sea bass rice, and spicy beef fillet for an extra cost of AED 50.

Finally, as the journey comes to a close, diners can start their evening on a sweet note by choosing between the divinely decadent chocolate fondant, chicha morada and churros platter.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Complimenting this feast for the senses and helping friends to unwind and relax is two hours of unlimited wines, beers, speciality beverages and signature mixed drinks such as Aperol Spritz, Tommy’s Margarita, Whisky Sour, Peach Chilcano, Nitrotini and Moscow Mule, all expertly prepared by the skilled bartenders.

The Fin de Semana menu is available every Saturday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm for AED 199 per person for food, and AED 169 per person for two hours off free-flowing beverages.
