Cyan Brasserie, the signature restaurant at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, the Guinness World record holding building for furthest man-made lean in the capital of the UAE. Cyan introduces the monthly Chef’s Table, a social dining experience led by our Head Chef, Royston Vaz! The gastronomic journey begins on 28th July at S’hefs Table, where the talented female chefs from the heart of our kitchen take you on a highly-seasoned trip to the rich flavours across Asia with a delicately designed 7-course menu.
Embracing Joie de vivre and the love for food, each dish is consciously curated with a choice of an exotic freshly-sourced ingredient to exude elevated zest and ultimately be the muse to each course presented and paired with a story that weaves its creation.
The seven courses are thoughtfully crafted to allow the focused flavour speak for itself, right from an amuse-bouche to the appetizing soup until the locally inspired dessert paired with three glasses of sparkling for an enriching haute-dining experience.
