Located on Corniche Road in the UAE’s capital, the five-star property is one of Abu Dhabi’s best-loved dining destinations and are hosting a Positively Pink Afternoon tea series, available daily from 2pm- 6pm in the Lobby Lounge, at AED 220 per person and the Observation Deck at 300, priced at AED 250 per person.
Diners can enjoy a delectable afternoon tea spread with splashes of pink setting the tone. The tiered afternoon tea selection includes blush-coloured sweet treats like tangy lemon and raspberry roulade, classic strawberry tart, rose petals falooda and vanilla strawberry battenberg along with savouries such as cajun grilled chicken, pencil asparagus, beetroot and amaranth bread, lump crab salad tartine, quail egg, osetra caviar, dill focaccia and local red pumpkin, feta cheese and caramelized onion tart.
The Positively Pink set also includes the hallmark of a classical afternoon tea – warm white chocolate and cranberry scones with clotted cream, lemon curd and jam, alongside a choice of freshly brewed teas.
With an option to choose between two stunning locations, the hotels Observation Deck at 300 located on the 74th floor as well as the Lobby Lounge, guests can enjoy the spectacular views of city and the tradition in style.
Pink touches will continue across the hotel’s spa offerings, with AED 5 of every spa treatment proceeds will be donated to the Al Jalila Foundation.
