Set to an alluring jazz soundtrack and located just steps from the sparkling waters and white yachts of Yas Marina, guests are encouraged to relax, mingle, dance and enter 2023 in style.
Including a bottle of Champagne per table, the chic sharing-style menu begins with starters of fresh oysters, premium-quality cured beef tartare, creamy burrata and vibrant beetroot salad.
The main course then offers a choice of exquisite lobster linguine or juicy and tender wagyu entrecote, both crafted with the finest ingredients and served with sides of pommes frites, broccolini and truffle mash.
Finally, the elegant dining experience concludes on a sweet note with a sumptuous dessert selection of decadent chocolate fondant, traditional French apple tarte tatin and creamy crème brûlée
Meanwhile, the open bar will provide a constant flow of hops, wines and premium beverages, keeping spirits lively and upbeat as the clock strikes down to midnight.
