Wagyu VS Sushi at Catch at St. Regis
This month, Catch at St. Regis is continuing to celebrate two of the finest things in life: steak and sushi. The picturesque restaurant, located right on the golden sands of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, presents a set menu that combines the complementing flavours of quality Wagyu beef, with fresh and exceptional Japanese delicacies.
Available every Saturday from 7pm until 10pm, the experience begins with a refreshing welcome drink and edamame beans with Yuzu salt. Every year, it is customary for Italians from across the country to go hunting for wild animals such as rabbits, birds, and deer, and the Game Festival has been purposefully designed to honour this historical event.
Showcasing the rich heritage of this fascinating country, the curated menu includes a carefully chosen selection of sumptuous starters, mains, and desserts.
