Guests have an option to choose between two types of sharing set menus celebrating Arabian or International flavours. The destination inspired menu includes a cold and hot Mezzeh Platter, Harira and Lentil Soups, Lime and Lemongrass Sorbet, Mixed Grill, Grilled Seafood Platter and Arabic sweets complemented by dates and an Arabic coffee. The international menu option features Grilled Foie Gras, Lobster and Scallop Salad, Crab Bisque, Wild Mushroom Soup, Duo of Beef, Pan-seared Black Cod, divine desserts and more.
