COYA Abu Dhabi, the city’s trendiest party venue and favourite Peruvian restaurant, is pulling out all the stops to celebrate National Ceviche Day on Tuesday, June 28.
As one of the most important and iconic dishes in Peruvian cuisine, COYA Middle East Head Chef Pang and his team have curated a special ceviche platter just for the occasion. Available for one week only from Monday, June 27 to Sunday, July 3, it showcases the most delicious varieties of Peru’s national dish.
Guests are invited to experience the mesmerising flavours of six different creative ceviches, starring delicious combinations such as red snapper with truffle ponzu and chives, spicy yellowfin tuna with chilli garlic, sesame seeds and soy, and creamy coconut bream ceviche with aromatic burnt coconut, grilled peppers, mango and crispy corn.
Shellfish enthusiasts will also be in their element with lobster ceviche and Argentinian red prawn ceviche, while the vegetarian-friendly wild mushroom ceviche stars a flawless fusion of jumbo corn, shallots and crispy enoki mushrooms.
The National Ceviche Day platter is available to enjoy for AED 358 from Monday, June 27 until Sunday, July 3 for both lunch and dinner (excluding Saturday brunch).
