Iftar on the Sky
Join us for an exclusive dining experience and take in the breath-taking views of the Arabian Gulf from the world’s highest suspended suite. Sample the world-renowned hospitality and come together with friends and family to indulge in a wide variety of culinary delights.
Hosted in the palatial Abu Dhabi Suite, with its spectacular art-deco aesthetics and refined style you’ll celebrate a memorable iftar in a unique ambiance. The suite’s elegant majilis that connects the two towers, has been elegantly transformed into a prestigious dining area of an unparalleled culinary experience.
Curated especially for Ramadan, the Iftar on the Sky menu is the work of some of the finest chefs in the business. The result of more than a month’s planning and preparation, the menu crosses countries and continents, encompassing dishes from around the globe incorporating the freshest produces and ingredients.
The iftar experience begins with a dazzling array of starters, including octopus, shrimp, burrata, and avocado hummus. The ensuing mezzes maintain this deliciously high standard and feature sticky chicken wings with pomegranate, pumpkin and feta falafel, and beef meatballs on creamy pan gravy.
Designed to reflect the luxury of your surroundings, the grilled menu boasts lobster ravioli seasoned with fresh tarragon, bisque, saffron foam, and carrot and cardamom purèe. Salt-crusted Seabass will also be served alongside a delectable seafood platter consisting of calamari, scallops, mussels and prawns.
Ambitious main courses represent a refreshing take on traditional iftar dishes with the star of the show – the braised brisket. Slow cooked for 24 hours, allowing its rich flavours and aromas time to develop, the brisket is served with purple cauliflower purèe, balsamic baby carrots, asparagus, and pan jus roasted rack of lamb.
A range of comfortingly nostalgic flavours are also on offer. From the mixed meat platter of lamb koftas, beef kebabs, and chicken sheesh tawok to Lamb Ouzzi and oriental rice served in a traditional clay pot – Iftar in the Sky is the taste of Ramadan.
The perfect evening ends on a sweet note, with ice cream baskets served with a range of flavours.
The Iftar on the Sky experience is available from Thursday to Saturday during the month of Ramadan. Service begins at sunset until 09:30PM and costs AED 350 per person.
