The capital’s favorite Peruvian hotspot is inviting foodies and fun seekers to join them for a magical Eid celebration. The lively restaurant has put together a thoughtfully curated Eid Set Menu, filled with vibrant flavors, fresh tastes and beautiful colors.
Available from May 11 to 14, the Eid Set Menu features the very best Latin American delights, all created by the expert chefs at COYA Abu Dhabi. Available for AED 370 per person, diners can expect a gastronomic journey complimented by mesmerizing views of Al Maryah Island.
The four-course culinary journey begins with the Signature COYA Platter, featuring a selection of ceviches, traditos and maki rolls, all created using the highest quality ingredients and fabulous fresh seafood.
The delightful experience then continues with a full selection of delicious appetizers including Yucas Frita, Empanadas de Wagyu, Anticuchos de Pollo and Picante de Pepino. All presented at the table with flare and style, each dish perfectly represents the unique and colorful nature of truly authentic, Peruvian cuisine.
Meanwhile, the chefs at COYA Abu Dhabi have pulled out all the stops to ensure that the main courses harness the true essence of the region’s culinary heritage. Guests will find themselves spoilt for choice with sumptuous dishes such as Escabeche Peruano, Costillas de Res, and Choclo Con Queso, plus the premium plates of Papa Seca (Peruvian dried potatoes and mushrooms), Bife Angosto Wagyu (Wagyu sirloin, grade 5, Peruvian spice rub and chimichurri sauce), and Langostinos Mediterraneo (chargrilled prawns, yuzu kusho and chilli), all available for an additional AED 50.
Ending the celebrations on a sweet note, the dessert menu features the venue’s famous Churros de Naranja, and also the added options of Sundae de Maiz and Chicha morada.
