Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri gears up for family-centric Easter celebrations at Sofra, Bord Eau and beyond

Easter Sunday Brunch at Sofra
Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri is set to host a scrumptious Easter Sunday Brunch on April 9, 2023, at Sofra. This experience promises to be a gastronomical journey with a lavish spread of international culinary delights. The brunch will be a perfect opportunity to celebrate the holiday with family and friends while enjoying a wide range of food offerings. Guests can indulge in a range of delicacies, including traditional Arabic and Mediterranean dishes, Japanese as well as pan Asian cuisine at signature culinary stations courtesy of Michelin Guide-listed restaurants Shang Palace and Hoi An
The event will also feature entertainment, adding to the lively atmosphere at Sofra. Diners will also have the chance to participate in fun activities such as egg painting, face painting, and other exciting games, making it an ideal event for families and friends to bond and create cherished memories.
The Easter Sunday Brunch at Sofra restaurant will take place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on April 9, 2023. The price per person is AED 328 inclusive of soft beverages, AED 398 inclusive of house beverages, and AED 498 inclusive of bubbly.
A Michelin-starred Dinner with Chef Nicolas Isnard at Bord Eau
This Easter will also see the return of the Culinary Master Series as diners are invited on a culinary voyage through France courtesy of Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard. Fine dining enthusiasts will be treated to an innovative 5-course set menu masterfully plated by the globally acclaimed chef. Those already familiar with Nicolas Isnard will know he is famous for infusing his love for Mediterranean flavours with modern culinary techniques, resulting in showstopping dishes. This exclusive experience at the French restaurant Bord Eau is elevated even further with carefully selected grape or vintage bubbly delicately paired with each course.
