Proudly showcasing the region’s incredible culinary diversity, the talented chefs expertly prepare everything from fresh and crunchy salads, to Emirati specialities like deconstructed date cake and sweet luqaimat, international delicacies with an Emirati touch such as Bzar marinated beef short ribs, juicy wagyu beef striploin, and fresh torched salmon crudo.
Passionate about using locally sourced ingredients from Farm to Table, Erth highlights the UAE’s rich bounty of natural ingredients by utilising fresh, handpicked produce from farms across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta and throughout the Emirates.

An experiential journey set within a warm and cosy ambiance, the trendy restaurant is intricately carved out of the raised floor, and inspired by the look and feel of a traditional majlis.
Creating a communal, nurturing and intimate dining experience, Erth was lovingly designed by UAE-based architectural designers BONE Studio, and in collaboration with a number of renowned regional personalities such as Aljoud Lootah, Khalid Shafar, Zuleya, Toru, and Bahraini Danish.
A welcoming space that makes every guest feel immediately at home, Erth Restaurant and BONE Studio have already been awarded the 2022 identity Design Award for the Design of the Year and Best Interior Design – Restaurant.
Complete with a picturesque waterside terrace overlooking the iconic Al Hosn, Erth Restaurant is a charming celebration of Emirati culture, and a tribute to the nation’s fascinating past and bright future.
