99 Sushi Bar launches new Spring “Haru” tasting menu and 10 course “Omakaso” Business Lunch.
The culinary team delivers an authentic and daring journey to the land of cherry blossoms, paying tribute to the award winning venue’s star ingredient “toro”, the premium fatty bluefin tuna.
The bold and charismatic menu also features their Edamame with Kobe Wagyu Fat and the Capumiso, a flirt between a truffled cappuccino and a miso soup. From Atlantic blue lobster to Alaskan king crab, Australian wagyu and foie gras,
the Haru menu unveils 13 delicate dishes including the 99 Cheesecake with yuzu and kunefe ice cream.
A feast for the most discerning palates, composed with high-quality imports from Japan, the Haru tasting menu is priced AED899 net per couple. With a bottle of house bubbles, it is priced AED1499 and at AED3499 for those who want to splurge with a bottle of Dom Pérignon. The Haru menu is available every day, for lunch and dinner and includes coffee or tea for the finish.
At lunchtime, “Omakase” is a great excuse to take a break from work with a 10-course menu at AED149 net per guest, inclusive of coffee or tea. Its delivery is precise, fragranced, bursting with flavour.
Guests can sample the signature Tiger Prawn Tempura with the99 secret spicy cream, a selection of mouthwatering nigiris, from butterfish and truffle to seabass, salmon flambé and Australian wagyu.
A main course of Outside Skirt Steak and Galangal sauce followed by Mochi Ice Cream seal the journey, just in time for patrons to return to their offices. Omakase business lunch is available weekdays from 12 to 3.30 pm.
