Diners can look forward to indulging in tempting starters such as the Royal Samosa Symphony, made up of crispy samosas transformed into a melody of flavours with chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, and spices; or the Tandoori Temptation Wings: succulent chicken wings marinated in tandoori spices and cooked to perfection. For the main course, diners can choose either the Butter Velvet Chicken Euphoria, a creamy tomato-based curry with tender pieces of chicken, served with naan or rice, or the Enchanted Baingan Mirage with Dal Makhani, a roasted eggplant oasis paired with creamy black lentil dreams served with naan or rice.
As with all great meals, the Diwali set-menu ends on an extravagant sweet note as diners have a choice of two enticing desserts: the Gulab Jamun Bliss Bombs, comprising soft and spongy milk dumplings that explode with cardamom-infused sugar syrup delight, and the Kaju Katli Crescendo Cheesecake, a fusion finale between kaju katli (cashew fudge) and a creamy cheesecake cadenza.
