This exceptional evening offers a first-hand introduction to the school’s prestigious Essential Programs, beginning this September.

Guests will be warmly welcomed by management at the school, who will introduce the program for the evening and present the mission of the Essential Programs. The highlight of the evening will be a live cooking demonstration by the Executive Pastry Chef, and Assistant Pastry Chef. They will showcase the technical knowledge and flair that defines École Ducasse’s approach to the art of cuisine.
