COYA Abu Dhabi is thrilled to announce its colourful and vibrant Summer brunch. Ensuring that every guest experiences the best summer of their lives, the new Summer Brunch is launching on July 8 with a fresh new offering that is bigger and better than ever before.
Featuring an enhanced new menu of Peruvian specialities, complemented with hours of free-flowing refreshing cocktails and amazing live entertainment, the unparalleled event is set to make waves across the UAE capital.
Guests are invited to relax, unwind and dine within the beautiful dining room, or out in the cool of the waterfront air-conditioned terrace. Set against mesmerizing views of the city skyline, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore the rich culinary culture of Peru.
Upbeat and unforgettable, the freshly revamped brunch experience starts in the Pisco Bar, the stylish nightspot that is reminiscent of the cosy traditional bars of Lima.
Guests are greeted with an array of tasty Peruvian-inspired canapés and welcome drinks, while the live entertainment from talented singer Andea and the curated beats from COYA MUSIC DJ Dani Zavera, sets the mood for the sophisticated yet lively afternoon.
The celebrations then continue through into the dining room, where the feasting begins with a bowl of aromatic soup and COYA’s freshly made signature guacamole. The refreshed appetiser selection then features a curated choice of the brand’s most popular Peruvian bites, including chicken bao buns, Salmon aburi nigiri, maki rolls, creamy burrata, chicken skewers, balsamic spinach salad, a variety of ceviches and much more.
Every diner is then invited to select a delicious main course, presenting a choice of corn-fed baby chicken with panca chilli, Lobster Iron Pot, quinoa and pumpkin, grilled salmon and Wagyu sirloin, all served with a side of sweet and satisfying grilled corn.
Finally, the show-stopping COYA dessert platter provides the perfect way of rounding off the newly enhanced weekend gathering. Featuring sweet delicacies such as fresh churros, chocolate lollipops, milk cake, wild berry flan and pina colada popsicles, the delectable spread ensures that every COYA brunch ends on a happy and elevated note.
The new COYA Abu Dhabi Summer Brunch is also a family-friendly affair, with a dedicated children’s menu offering a selection of Peruvian appetizers that are all carefully tailored to suit younger guests.
Specially curated brunch cocktails
Making the occasion even more memorable, COYA’s expert mixologists and bartenders are on hand throughout to provide a constant flow of . The refreshing Solar Spritz gives a Peruvian twist to the classic Italian concoction with hibiscus Pisco, St Germain, prosecco and grapefruit soda, and the Margarita Amarilla enhances the iconic Mexican Margarita with aji amarillo tequila, passionfruit and agave nectar. Meanwhile the Mediterranean-style Mora Tonic and fruity Chakana with spiced rum, baked, pineapple, pomegranate and lime are designed to keep every guest feeling refreshed and full of energy throughout the entire brunch experience.
COYA’s renowned Chilcano and Pisco Sours are also available, while those who really want to ‘go big’ are invited to treat themselves to some premium sparkling Champagne, with exclusive discounts available for brunch guests on selected bottles.

The Details
The new COYA Abu Dhabi Summer Brunch will take place every Saturday from July 8 to August 26 only from 12.30pm to 5pm (food last order 4.30pm)
. Packages starting from AED 398 for soft drinks, AED 548 for house beverages (Champagne is served à la carte) and AED 180 for children aged four to 12 (no main course is included). Fin de Semana will no longer run on Saturdays, concluding on 2nd July.
