Brunch in Abu Dhabi just got better with the new Chill’O Brunch at Grills@Chill’O.
Making waves throughout the festive and New year’s celebrations, Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is bringing back the extravagant brunch experience as the ‘The Chill’O Brunch’.
Themed as ‘Your Social Grill’, the brunch is hosted at the Grills@Chill’O restaurant & lounge. Spoiling for choice from the get-go, 8 unique culinary stations borders the poolside offering a mouth-watering diverse range.
From elegantly crafted foie gras, fresh seafood selection on ice, delicious set of sushi, delicacies from Asia, juicy carvery, vibrant desserts to the signature grills.
Choose from a range of seafood and meats – lobster, prawn, crabs, fish, beef steaks, lamb racks, chicken kebab, kofta – and let the chefs work their magic over the outdoor grills and deliver char-grilled to perfection.
Accompanying the culinary feast are the 3 new drink hubs offering drinks, hops, grapes, malts, spirits, and more across the venue. In partnership with some of the biggest drinks brands, special mixes are available exclusively for the brunch.
The family-friendly brunch has activities for the little ones including a dedicated kids corner that comes equipped with a special food and drinks station. With live music and singing* by guitarist Alron Matthews creating upbeat vibes and setting the tone, grab a seat at the outdoor garden terrace with a panoramic vista and brunch & socialize away.
Hosted bi-weekly on Fridays, the first season of ‘The Chill’O Brunch’ debuts with Valentine’s special edition on the 12 February. Before ending the season by Ramadan 2021.

Packages start from AED 230 per adult or AED 320 with house beverages and AED 360 with house beverages and bubbly. Children below 6 years dine complimentarily and AED 95 for ages 6 to 12.
