For two exclusive nights, Head Chef Marshall Allen Röth will welcome acclaimed Chef Brian Becher to his stylish, 1920s Chicago-inspired steakhouse, marking an exciting reunion of two culinary talents. Together, they’ll deliver an unforgettable four hands dining experience, showcasing iconic American flavours in a vibrant celebration of world-class gastronomy.

Perfectly complemented by the captivating surroundings of Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Butcher & Still is renowned for its authentic American steakhouse experience and prime cuts. Featuring eye-catching leather banquettes, rich wood floors, a stunning terrace with picturesque views, and Prohibition-era cocktails, the venue brings an old-school charm to modern-day Abu Dhabi. Now, this exclusive four hands dinner invites guests to experience Butcher & Still like never before.

Leading Butcher & Still’s vision, Chef Röth brings more than 20 years of culinary proficiency to the table. Having helmed top-tier kitchens from America to the GCC, his culinary philosophy is centred around the belief that an elevated dining experience is a multi-sensory adventure that engages all the senses. From the relaxed yet refined restaurant aesthetics to carefully selected high-quality American beef, Chef Röth has mastered the timeless charm of an all-American steakhouse down to a T.

Having last partnered with Chef Röth in 2024 for their successful Cheesesteak Weekend in Bahrain, fellow American Chef Brian Becher is now preparing to bring his creative flair to Butcher & Still for this exclusive four hands dining experience. As Executive Chef of re Asian Cuisine, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, and CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Chef Becher’s dishes tell a story of his colourful culinary journey, spanning the US to the Middle East.

The four hands dinner will present an impeccably curated five-course menu, beginning with Wagyu Beef Cruda topped with pistachio guacamole, guajillo chili, and a crisp blue corn tortilla. Diners will then enjoy the indulgent Petit Lobster Filet, served with citrus-infused beurre blanc and finished with caviar. Next, the third course features pan-roasted sea bream, paired with savoury Lump Crab Lo Mai and a toasted chili soy sauce.

Butcher & Still’s signature flavours shine through in the fourth course with the Steak Au Poivre Diane, paired with a savoury heirloom mushroom ragù and crispy golden potatoes rösti. Finally, to conclude the experience on a sweet note, guests can savour a decadent Toasted Chocolate Tart topped with smoked vanilla ice cream. Guests can either embark on the full five-course experience for AED 650 or mix and match selected dishes from the menu, each priced individually.
