The award-winning Butcher & Still steakhouse at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is set to celebrate American Independence Day with a specially curated Fourth of July menu. Crafted by Chef Marshall Roth and his talented culinary team, the menu promises to bring authentic American flavours to the heart of Abu Dhabi, making the celebration memorable for all guests.

This day of celebration is marked by traditional foods popular at picnics and barbecues. Independence Day brings Americans together to celebrate the nation’s history and values, with nostalgic favourites like barbecue, burgers, corn dogs, and pie highlighting the cultural traditions of the holiday.

The special menu features a variety of classic American dishes:

  • Crab Louie: A timeless American creation, offering fresh flavours and a creamy texture. The starter features jumbo crab, iceberg lettuce, and the signature Louis sauce.
  • Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza: Renowned for its layered assembly, this deep-dish pizza begins with a robust crust, followed by a generous layer of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and rich tomato sauce.
