A modern homage to the Art Deco era, Broadway balances vintage elegance with industrial edge

This summer, Broadway at Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, presents a trio of new experiences that celebrate bold flavours, relaxed rituals and the timeless appeal of good company. From golden-hour cocktails to weekend gatherings, the restaurant continues to evolve as a vibrant social destination at the heart of the capital.
A modern homage to the Art Deco era, Broadway balances vintage elegance with industrial edge. Red leather booths, exposed steel beams and crystal chandeliers create a cinematic yet welcoming setting—anchored by the Cosmopolitan Bar, where crafted cocktails, curated playlists and lively conversation flow into the night.
In the kitchen, Head Chef George Lyon brings a refined, confident approach shaped by years in some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including time with Gordon Ramsay and elite private members’ clubs. While the atmosphere remains relaxed, the cuisine is elevated—bold, nostalgic and impeccably executed. Within just ten months of opening, Broadway earned its place in the Michelin Guide, a testament to its distinctive blend of style and substance.
The summer season introduces three new signature moments, each designed to extend the Broadway experience—inviting guests to gather, unwind and savour the art of the occasion.
