Ramadan Magic at Majlis, The Terrace and The Garden
With this year’s Ramadan straddling the months of April and May, we will still be able to experience a welcome, cool evening breeze while dining outdoors. While the option to dine indoors is still available at Majlis, Rosewood has the perfect outdoors setting, too, at Majlis Terrace, a magical venue from which to enjoy the evening sunset overlooking the calm Arabian waters, as well as the newly-opened Majlis Garden area, where guests can enjoy being surrounded by Mother Nature.
Guests can look forward to breaking their fast from sunset till 9:00 p.m. with the sumptuous, rich flavors of a hearty Iftar that includes all the traditional favorites from local, regional and international cuisines. For just AED 200per person, Iftar at Majlis includes a self-serve station of fattoush and tabouleh, tables set with dates, hot bread and soup, while juices and Arabic coffee will be served from a trolly as it passes by.
There will be cold mezzeh favorites such as hummos, baba ganouj, vine leaves and potato salad, as well as hot mezzeh such as cheese and meat sambusek, kibbeh, fatayer and more. Main dishes will rotate on daily basis and include lamb ouzi, mixed grills and samkeh harra, with international favorites available, too, such as sushi and a salmon selection, all served straight to the table.
Suhoor will be served in the same venue from 10:00 p.m. till 1:00 a.m., with a set menu of delicious savouries and desserts priced at AED 195.

This exclusive menu is filled with a mouth-watering selection of dishes including Lamb Harira soup, hot and cold Arabic mezzeh and main courses of Lamb Ouzi, Fish Tikka Biriani, Chicken Biriani, Butter Chicken, Vegetable Fried Noodles and more. ‘Under the Stars’ Dinner Iftar at GLO’s Wood & Fire
Guests and residents who would like to enjoy a more international dining experience during Iftar time can always opt for ‘Wood & Fire Under the Stars’ at rooftop GLO’s Wood & Fire. As the name suggests, smokey firewood grills are put to good use by our team of chefs who prepare starters such as Tuna Tartar, chicken liver parfait, Duck Rillette and mains including Jimbaran style fish, lobster, 12-hour smoked brisket and
much more, all enjoyed in a stunning, open-air space overlooking Abu Dhabi’s remarkable skyline. Available a la carte each day, Wood & Fire Under the Stars will be open on weekdays from sunset to 1:00 a.m. and weekends from sunset to 3:00 a.m.
Further Experiences at Rosewood Abu Dhabi
During Ramadan at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, breakfast and lunch will be operational daily at Majlis Lobby Lounge until 3:00 p.m., with Afternoon Tea served in Hidden Bar from 3:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Dai Pai Dong, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s award-winning Chinese restaurant, will also be open daily, offering business lunch and all-you-can-eat options. On Fridays the Hot Pot Night Brunch will be available from 6:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. and, on Saturdays, the Yum Cha Brunch will be available between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
La Cava and Hidden Bar will be welcoming visitors from sunset onwards, while Rosewood’s pool will be open and serving throughout each day.
