Yas Plaza Hotels launches new menu at Blue Grill, Yas Island Rotana creatively curated by Cluster Executive Chef Mokhtar Mohamed Ekholy. The fresh flavors were introduced from March 16th and are guaranteed to elevate the gastronomical journey at the well-loved steakhouse.

For only AED250 per person including special beverages, this interactive experience offers a closer viewpoint of the food being prepared and plated and a more intimate service with expert recommendations from the Head Chef to the Head Sommelier.
