From big-theater experience to fun-family films watch “Nanny Culture” with a host of activities for the whole family on Saturday, 22nd April 2023
Yas Acres Golf & Country Club will host the ‘Movie Night of Arabia’, a one-evening family event takes place from 6.30pm to 10pm on Saturday, April 22nd. Everyone is welcome to join and is FREE ENTRY. FIRST COME. FIRST SERVED BASIS.
The film shows how an Emirati family can accept another culture and its insistence on the commitment of British nannies to the customs and traditions of the UAE and Islam as far as raising children is concerned, and how a British nanny can adapt to her new work environment. It’s officially selected to participate in more than 50 film festivals around the world. The movie screening will start from 7.30pm until 9pm.
Take advantage of our Arabic style Food and Beverage offerings including Fattoush salad, mini–Arabic Mezze platter, Falafel bites, Acres burger, chicken shawarma, Lamb kofta wraps, hotdog, nachos, and some Arabic beverages such as Pink lady, spring mist, lemon breeze, fantasy, bittersweet, and selection of refreshing smoothies, plus some traditional Arabic sweets such as Lugaimat & Kunafa.
In addition to the movie screening, kids can enjoy making the Ramadan slime, and adults can have their henna design.
