SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi’s iconic monthly Rio brunch is set to take place on Saturday, July 26th, from 12:30 PM to 4:00PM. This high-energy event promises an immersive celebration of vibrant Brazilian culture, complemented by SUSHISAMBA’s signature Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian-influenced cuisine.
The Ambiance
Guests will find themselves part of an electrifying atmosphere, pulsating with rhythms spun by an electrifying DJ. Dynamic samba dancers, adorned in dazzling costumes, will captivate with their energetic performances, creating a rhythmic, flavour-filled journey that truly brings the infectious joy and authentic spirit of Brazil’s Carnaval to life.
The Menu
The brunch will feature a spectacular food display and table service for main courses, ensuring a seamless flow of indulgence. Starters include freshly made Guacamole with crispy tortillas, Salmon Tiradito with orange ponzu and crispy quinoa, and premium sashimi and sushi maki from the live station.
The Robata Anticucho live station will take centre stage, serving up Chilean seabass anticuchos, Eggplant with white miso and crispy rice, Chicken with aji mirasol and crispy quinoa and Angus Beef Tenderloin with aji panca.
For the main course, highlights include Australian Angus Tenderloin with foie gras, miso-marinated black cod, and Arroz Chaufa with organic black rice, complemented by crispy cassava and char-grilled broccolini. The feast ends on a sweet note with decadent Chef’s Selection Trio of Desserts, perfectly paired with a selection of vibrant cocktails like the Samba Negroni, SAMBA Caipirinha, and Samba Margarita.
The Packages
With a selection of packages to suit every preference, guests can either opt for the non-alcoholic package priced at AED 495 per person, the house beverage package at AED 595, or to truly celebrate, the Premium Champagne package at AED 695.
Each package promises an extraordinary celebration filled with exceptional cuisine, vibrant entertainment, and the true spirit of Carnaval.
After brunch, guests are invited to continue the party on the first floor in the Samba Lounge, where drinks will be available at regular prices.
