SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi invites guests to celebrate Easter weekend with two exciting dining experiences. On Saturday 19th April, the venue will host its very first Rio Brunch in the capital, a high-energy event that invites guests on a rhythmic, flavour-filled journey. Then, on Sunday 20th April, the venue will offer a more serene Easter Lunch for those seeking a relaxed celebration with loved ones.

Located on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, just steps from the Corniche, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi provides an extraordinary dining experience in the heart of the capital. With its vibrant fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, SUSHISAMBA redefines Abu Dhabi’s culinary landscape, blending bold flavours, diverse cultures, and artistry.

The restaurant boasts sweeping views of the seafront and a striking ambiance, designed to capture the lively spirit of SUSHISAMBA. With dramatic décor and an energetic atmosphere, the space is ideal for both social gatherings and celebrations.

On Saturday 19th April, from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi will transport guests to the lively streets of Rio de Janeiro with its iconic Rio Brunch. With dynamic samba dancers and an electrifying DJ, the infectious rhythms of this brunch will bring the Carnival spirit to life.

The brunch will feature a spectacular food display and table service for main courses, ensuring a seamless flow of indulgence. Whether reveling in the music and dance or simply enjoying delicious dishes, this brunch is the perfect way to kick off the Easter celebrations.

Tantalising starters include freshly made guacamole with crispy tortillas, Salmon Tiradito with orange ponzu and crispy quinoa (just to name a few), and premium sashimi and sushi maki from the live station, a hallmark of SUSHISAMBA.

The Robata Anticucho live station will take centre stage, serving up Eggplant with white miso and crispy rice, Chicken with aji mirasol and crispy quinoa, Angus Beef Tenderloin with aji panca, and Chilean seabass.

For the main course, highlights include Australian Angus Tenderloin with foie gras, miso-marinated black cod, and Arroz Chaufa with organic black rice, complemented by crispy cassava and char-grilled broccolini.

The feast culminates in a decadent Chef’s Selection Trio of Desserts, perfectly paired with a selection of vibrant cocktails like the Samba Negroni, SAMBA Caipirinha, and Samba Margarita.

With a selection of exclusive packages to suit every preference, guests can either opt for the non-alcoholic package priced at AED 495 per person, the house beverage package at AED 595, or to truly celebrate, the Premium Champagne package at AED 695. Each package promises an extraordinary celebration filled with exceptional cuisine, vibrant entertainment, and the true spirit of Carnaval.

On Sunday 20th April, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi will open its doors for lunch, offering a tranquil and relaxed setting for its Easter Lunch, available from 12:00pm to 3:30pm. Diners can enjoy the restaurant’s signature à la carte menu, featuring an exquisite blend of traditional Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavours. The contemporary dishes are artistic theatrics oozing vibrant flavours and textures, ranging from crispy Tempura and delicate Sushi to zesty Peruvian Anticuchos and fresh seviche.

The eclectic menu features premium Japanese ingredients like Kinmedai, Amberjack, Hirame, and Tuna, alongside fresh, organic produce from UAE-based farms.
