Poke N Spritz

Available daily, guests can satiate their taste buds with a fresh selection of poke items including the classic salmon, tender tuna, and grilled chicken, whilst sipping on a cold spritzer to beat the heat. Daily form 12 PM to 9 PM priced at AED 99.
Bucket Boyz
Soak up the sunshine and simmer at Capila Pool & Bar with the Bucket Boyz. Available daily from 12pm – 9pm, guests can grab not one, but five hobs on ice, for just AED 99. Perfect for the squad, the Bucket Boyz will set the mood for the ultimate summer pool day.
Sangria in a Pitcher
What better way to spend a sunlit day than with a glass of cool sangria? Offered poolside daily, between 12pm and 9pm, opt for a pitcher of delicious sangria that serves five for only AED 99. Ideal for the summer, guests can beat the heat and enjoy the refreshing beverage with friends.

As the temperature begins to heat up, Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island will be offering a cool range of offers at Osmo – Lounge and Bar, including Summer Lunch packages, a decadent Afternoon Tea, Summer Sundowners, and an enticing offer for world Juniper month.
Summer Lunch Packages
Families, loved ones and business associates can indulge in either a two or three-course lunch menu at Osmo – Lounge and Bar. The enticing packages comprise of a range of starters including a Summer Vegetable Salad with butternut squash, halloumi cheese, fried cauliflower, pomegranate molasses and walnut; as well as Local Tomato Gazpacho with freshly squeezed tomato and parsley-olive salsa.
The mains encompass a Chicken Machbour Sourar, a saffron rice dish topped with slow roasted chicken, Saj sourer and tomato sauce; Kofta Bil Sinyah, tender minced lamb with potato and tomato, Arabic bread, and tahini sauce; or the Eggplant Moussaka, layered with tomato sauce and Arabic spices. Dessert can be selected from the counter, which offers a spread of delicious treats for those who want to end on a sweet note.
