Penelope’s Brasserie & Jazz Bar Américain is inviting jazz lovers to enjoy sweet sounds and creative cocktails at the elegant, deco-inspired destination.
Taking place every Wednesday, from 8pm to midnight, the Mesdames et Mesdemoiselles Ladies’ Night promises powerhouse performances by renowned singer and songwriter, Layla Kardan. Set against the simmering views of Yas Marina the evening sees Layla commanding the stage with her signature sultry tunes and a celebration of the glamourous laid-back lifestyle of the Cote D’Azur.
Ladies are invited to dance the night away with free-flowing house grape all night long by the iconic bar. Those who get there early are rewarded with a distinguished welcome drink from the champagne tower, while spirits are kept high throughout the night with a constant flow of complimentary house wine.
For those looking to soak up the ambiance and sample the French Mediterranean cuisine, a curated menu of the Mesdames et Mesdemoiselles Ladies’ consisting of four signature dishes is available to savour at the dining or lounge area of the venue.
The Mesdames et Mesdemoiselles Ladies’ Night takes place every Wednesday from 8pm to midnight, including complimentary house wine for ladies.

An alluring lunch menu over looking Yas Marina
Inspired by the charm and sophistication of Côte d’Azur, tastemakers in Abu Dhabi are now able to experience the elegant venue during daytime. Specializing in sharing-style French Mediterranean cuisine, the classic French brasserie experience takes place out on the terrace. The perfect place to savour timeless cuisine, Yas Marina seamlessly mirrors the yachts, sparkling waters and warm sunny weather of the French Riviera.
The flawlessly presented lunch offers signature items such as Thin & Crispy Truffle Tart, Escargots and Burrata for starters. The unforgettable culinary journey continues with appetizing mains such as Lamb Chops with onion puree, Baby Chicken with truffle sauce and Mussels Provencale.
Finally, the blissful afternoon escape is paired with masterfully created mixes and drinks with tempting desserts such as Apple Tarte Tatin, Vanilla Mille Feuille and Salted Caramel Profiteroles.

Originating in France, this tempting yet heartwarming dish is a staple in bistros across the world. Keeping with the spirit of French culture, the elevated venue is offering guests a soulful culinary experience with finest wines, and warm personalized service.
Presented every Monday at the terrace-style setting for dining, Penelope’s Steak Frites consists of premium steaks served with tossed fries that are roasted or “oven-fried” until golden and slightly crisp on the outside. Served with a nutritious salade de maman and paired with a bottle of house wine, the simple bistro style dish is a charming epicurean delight.
Steak Frites Mondays includes steak frites, salade de maman and a bottle of house wine and is available every Monday for AED399 per person.
Moules frites Tuesdays
The epitome of French culture, Penelope’s will be presenting Moules Frites in a true Parisian brasserie style. Quintessentially French, mussels are absolutely ubiquitous in French bistros.
Serving comfort food for the Francophile palate, Penelope’s presents it’s take on the iconic dish. Offering unlimited fresh mussels tossed in a rich sauce served with perfectly salted fries and paired with a glass of wine, the flavorsome dish is sure to hit the spot.
