The charming waterfront restaurant is embracing al fresco season and the pleasant cooler weather by launching an array of heart-warming and delicious new specialties
Paradiso, the picturesque Mediterranean hotspot on Abu Dhabi’s gorgeous Yas Bay, is proud to reveal that it has further enhanced its already exceptional à la carte menu just in time for the busy and exciting winter season.
Filled with tantalizing French and Italian specialities, all made with the highest quality ingredients and expert skill, the new winter menu is perfect for enjoying out in the fresh air throughout the UAE’s blissfully cooler months.
A collaborative project between Nicole Rubi, the famous chef and founder of LPM Restaurant and Bar, and Pierre Gagnaire, the iconic Michelin-star chef behind Fouquet’s Paris and Abu Dhabi, Paradiso Abu Dhabi is renowned for being one of the most special and vibrant restaurants in the city.
A sophisticated waterfront escape, Paradiso invites guests to relax on the stunning terrace, located just steps from the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, and savour a flawless selection of charming specialties inspired by the laid-back lifestyle of the glamorous French Riviera.
Providing enticing palate pleasers that further uplift the restaurant’s homey, cosy and intimate ambiance, the new specialties span enchanting and unique recipes such as snails Provincial. This contemporary twist on the iconic French classic features a sweet and vibrant tomato sauce, completed with a generous sprinkle of aromatic herbs that instantly evoke images of the green and luscious French countryside.
Meanwhile, the homemade pasta selection has been reimagined to include new sumptuous varieties such as Nicole’s arrabbiata gnocchi, plin plin stuffed with ricotta, and fagotini with parmesan cream and artichokes.
Adding further delights, seafood fans will be in their element with the new mains of fresh calamari with parsley sauce, succulent grilled king prawns with lashings of butter and basil sauce, and the warming tastes and flavours of the nicoise fish soup.
Starring a nourishing and wholesome fusion of seabass, salmon, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives and capers, the latter is a divinely comforting dish that goes wonderfully with a slice or two of crispy French bread.
Furthermore, those with a weakness for authentic Italian cuisine will adore the new pizza varieties. Stone baked to create a light, crispy and aromatic base just like the ones found on the streets of Florence, the chorizo pizza presents a beautiful combination of fiery spicy sausage and juicy red peppers, and the vegetable pizza offers a healthy and colourful meat-free alternative.
Finally, Hugo Sipp, Barriere Group Abu Dhabi Executive Pastry Chef, has ramped up his legendary desert selection to offer an even greater array of sweet indulgences. From light and fruity red fruit arlette to the rich, smooth and alluring trio mousse, no guest will be able to resist ordering a little after-dinner treat.
A stunning setting for a few leisurely beverages and nibbles in front of the sunset, a relaxed lunch or an elegant dinner to mark a special occasion, all the distinguished culinary specialties can be paired with an extensive selection of premium wines, hops, juices and bespoke signature cocktails created by Emanuele Balestra, the famous mixologist and botanist.
The mood is kept constantly upbeat with live DJ sets and performances from a talented spirited band, while the irresistible four-course business lunch and magical Merenda Paradiso sunset snacks ensure that Paradiso consistently remains lively and buzzing.
Boasting one of the most awe-inspiring and beautiful waterfront views in the city, there’s nowhere more impressive to indulge in a spot of al fresco dining this winter than Paradiso.
Guests are invited to sample the delectable new winter menu at Paradise from November 9 onwards, located at Pier 71, Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi.
