Paradiso Abu Dhabi unveils its fresh new summer menu.

The vibrant Mediterranean hotspot is turning up the heat and presenting a whole array of stunning, reimagined flavour-packed dishes for the sun-kissed season

Paradiso at Yas Bay, the renowned venue by famous chefs Nicole Rubi and Pierre Gagnaire, has revamped its enticing menu of Mediterranean delights just in time for summer.

Filled with colourful and authentic French and Italian specialties made with the highest quality ingredients, the new summer menu boasts light, fresh and uplifting dishes that are perfect for sizzling days in the UAE capital.

A collaborative project between Nicole Rubi, the famous chef and founder of LPM Restaurant and Bar, and Pierre Gagnaire, the iconic Michelin-star chef behind Fouquet’s Paris and Abu Dhabi, Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Lecture Room in London, Paradiso Abu Dhabi oozes authentic European flair and charm.

The much-anticipated reimagined menu takes the venue’s exceptional cuisine to even greater heights, with each flawless dish lovingly and carefully created by the talented Corporate Executive Chef, Balveer Balkissoon.

Taking guests on a journey through the vibrant flavours of the glamorous French Riviera and picturesque Mediterranean basin, the new menu invites food connoisseurs to start their experience with unique and delicious entrée chaude such as grilled octopus with eggplant caviar, and tomato soup with roasted ricotta and rosemary.

Ideal for enjoying against the sparkling views of Yas Bay, the entrée froide then invites diners to keep their cool with veal slices slowly cooked with tuna sauce, roasted chicken breast Caesar salad, and many other uplifting and summer-inspired creations.

Further delights are found within the reimagined main courses, with authentic Italian homemade pastas like roasted potato gnocchi with tomato cherry and parmesan cream, eggplant ravioli with pecorino and penne pasta with cured fish egg and lemon, presented alongside fresh seafood specials including traditional sole meuniere with grilled white mushrooms, mashed potatoes with curcuma, and delicious salmon filet with virgine sauce.

Finally, meat eaters will be in their element with the added options of succulent grilled rib eye with crushed black pepper jus and expertly prepared chicken breast with roasted red bell pepper.

These tantalising palate pleasers are further elevated by the bright, pretty and welcoming vibe of Paradiso’s beautiful dining room, and the venue is equally suited for leisurely lunches, perfectly crafted bespoke sundowners or elegant evening dinners.

Bringing the magic of ‘la dolce vita’ to the UAE capital, everyone is made to feel instantly at home at Paradiso. Decorated with picturesque art and serving the most authentic European dishes to be found across the whole of the UAE, it offers a seamless immersion into the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle.

Of course, saving room for an elegant French dessert, crafted by the Barriere Group Abu Dhabi’s Executive Pastry Chef, Hugo Sipp, is also essential, while the artistic beverages encompass bespoke infusions created by Emanuele Balestra, the famous mixologist and botanist.

Guests are invited to sample the sumptuous new summer menu at Paradise from May 20th, located at Pier 71, Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi.
